Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BLAK BEIGE. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items may not work out. Our Return & Refund Policy is based on the policies of our fulfillment partner, Trendsi, and applies to all orders placed through www.blakbeige.com.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Final sale items (including clearance, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories) are non-returnable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blakbeige.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
  • Once verified, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
  • BLAK BEIGE will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Return Process

  1. Email support@blakbeige.com to request a return authorization.
  2. If approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within the provided time frame.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, and handbags)
  • Gift cards
